• Preparing, reviewing and critiquing DOCA or restructuring proposals to put forward,

• Conducting due diligence on a proposed corporate acquisition or backdoor listing,

• Assessing recovery estimates and enforcement rights,

• Supporting litigation strategy or claim preparation.

This advisory role is strictly independent of any formal appointment, allowing Helios Advisory to provide impartial advice focused solely on the client's interests.
