Declan is a Registered Liquidator & Trustee in Bankruptcy with 10 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency.
He has assisted clients large and small to provide all stakeholders achieve the best results.
He has worked on large Voluntary Administration trade ons, with many successful Deed of Company Arrangements (DOCA). He has also completed liquidations small and large with significant complexity and investigations.
Declan has also acted for secured creditors as Receiver to recover their outstanding debts.
Declan is personable, having assisted many bankrupts achieve a path forward after significant financial burdens. He has assisted many clients with section 73 annulments and Personal Insolvency Agreements. He believes that whilst bankruptcy is seen as taboo, it can be that lifeline that people have been searching for.
Declan’s home is Brisbane but is regularly in Melbourne and Sydney. He also speaks Spanish.
Declan has won and been nominated for multiple awards for his work in restructuring, insolvency and accounting.

Morgan Lane

Morgan is a stalwart of the restructuring and insolvency industry having commenced in 1990. He is a Registered Liquidator and Trustee in Bankruptcy.
If you’ve thought of it, Morgan has probably done it, with thousands of appointments to his name. He has been part of many legal decisions that has shaped the Australian insolvency landscape and legislation.
Morgan has a national presence, having previously assisted in the opening of offices for his former firm all over Australia.
He was formerly a Partner of one of Australia’s largest insolvency firms for approximately 30 years.
Morgan is very approachable and is well known for his calming demeanour that puts all his clients at ease, whilst providing advice as to their best options

Greg Pitt

Greg is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with 20 years’ experience across the accounting and finance industry, including corporate finance, management consulting, private equity, investment management, financial planning and analysis and turnaround and restructuring.
Greg’s core expertise includes financial modelling, transaction and investment due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, FP&A, capital raising, debt and pre-lending advisory, independent business reviews, financial capacity assessments, government advisory and turnaround and restructuring engagements.
Greg has considerable experience in the agriculture sector across horticulture, broadacre cropping, livestock and aquaculture. This includes the development of complex financial models and investment cases, project development and management and operational oversight of ~$1 billion of horticulture and associated supply chain assets. Greg has also undertaken financial and operational reviews on behalf of banks and government departments, lead receiverships of large-scale agricultural operations and worked directly with producers and processors to improve operational efficiency, financial performance and commercial outcomes. Greg's experience in the agriculture sector also spans budgeting and forecasting, cropping and yield forecasts, varietal assessments, capital development programs, procurement and tendering, government grant applications and pricing and strategy frameworks.
In addition to agriculture, Greg has extensive experience across aged care, health, NDIS providers, not-for-profit organisations, education, retail & consumer, infrastructure and mining sectors, delivering advisory, transaction, restructuring and commercial management engagements for both public and private sector clients.
